Timeframe :
- You can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Combo packs must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted.
- Certain product categories, such as masks, boxers, shorts, socks, and sweat-activated t-shirts, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
Non-Returnable Items :
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
- Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, and replacements will not include gift wrapping
Returns:

5. Choose the mode of return:
- Reverse Pickup: Available in most serviceable pin codes.
- Self-Ship: Required for non-serviceable pin codes.
6. Confirm the return request by clicking the acknowledgment box and submitting the request.
Replacements :
To initiate a replacement for a different size of the same product:
1. Log into your account on **www.blemense.clothing**.
2. Navigate to the 'Orders' section.
3. Click on the ‘Exchange’ button next to the product you wish to replace.
4. Select the reason for exchange and the new size.
5. Choose the mode of return:
- Reverse Pickup: Available in most serviceable pin codes.
- Self-Ship: Required for non-serviceable pin codes.
6. Confirm the exchange request by clicking the acknowledgment box and submitting the request.
Reverse Pickup :
- For serviceable pin codes, a courier partner will pick up the product within 3 business days of your request. Once the product is collected and received at our warehouse, your return or replacement will be processed.
Self Shipping :
- For non-serviceable pin codes, you will need to ship the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive the self-shipped product, we will issue a **70 rupees off coupon** to your registered email to cover shipping costs.

Processing Time :
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after the product has been successfully picked up or received at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as a gift card as per your choice.
Self Shipping :
- For non-serviceable pin codes, you will need to ship the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive the self-shipped product, we will issue a **70 rupees off coupon** to your registered email to cover shipping costs.
Refund Method :
- Users may choose to receive refunds either to their original mode of payment (bank account/UPI) or as store credit (gift card). A **Rs. 30 fee** will apply for transferring refunds to the original payment method.
- A Rs. 40 processing fee will be deducted from all returns.
Self Shipping Refunds :
- In case of self-shipping, you will receive a **70 rupees off coupon** via email once the product is received
Defective Products :
- If you receive a defective product, please email images of the product to **hello@blemense.clothing** for verification. Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, the refund will be processed without the need for a return.
Once the original product is picked up or received at our warehouse, the replacement item will be shipped to you. Stock availability will determine if the replacement request can be fulfilled. Tracking details for your replacement order will be shared via email once the order is dispatched
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
- In the interest of hygiene, returns for specific product categories are not accepted
Return Denial :
- If a returned product fails to meet our return eligibility criteria, the product will be sent back to you, and the return request will be denied.
Cancellation of Returns :
- Blemense Clothing Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any return or replacement request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
