By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

User Accounts

Users may create an account on our Website using their email address, mobile number, or Google account login. By creating an account, users agree to receive order updates and promotional/marketing emails. Users have the option to opt-out of promotional emails at any time. The Website stores cache and cookies to provide an enhanced user experience.

Payments

The Website supports multiple payment options, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Gift Cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select products and locations)

Payments via gift cards will be deducted from the gift card balance, and any remaining balance can be saved in the user’s wallet for future use.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from our Website can be used as payment for products.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment

Return & Replacement Policy

The Company provides a 7-day return and replacement policy, subject to certain conditions.

Replacement Policy: Replacement is only available for the same product in a different size. Replacement for another design or product category is not permitted. Partial returns for combo packs are not accepted.

Return Process: To initiate a return or replacement, users must log into their account, select the relevant order, and follow the instructions provided. The user may opt for reverse pickup or self-ship based on serviceability at their location.

Users in non-serviceable pin codes for reverse pickup are required to self-ship the product. Upon receipt of the product, the user will receive a "70 rupees off" coupon via email as compensation for shipping costs. Products must be returned in unused condition with all original tags attached. Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g.: masks, boxers, shorts, socks, etc.). The Company reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage. Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 48 hours of product pickup by our courier partner and will be credited to the original payment method or as a gift card. A nominal processing fee of Rs. 40 applies to all returns. Additionally, a Rs. 30 fee applies for transferring refunds to the original payment method.

Delivery

Orders within India are typically delivered within 1-4 business days for metro cities and 4-7 business days for other locations. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and the shipping address

Tracking information for the shipment will be shared with users once the order is dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Limitation of Liability

Blemense Clothing Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or products.
In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product that caused the claim.
